Aviva DigiCare+ provides a range of preventative health, medical, wellbeing and bereavement support services for policyholders and, in many cases, their partners and children. The service is available from the day the policy starts and is designed to complement the financial protection provided by the policy.

Digital GP

• Unlimited Digital GP consultations (subject to fair use).
• Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Appointments of up to 20 minutes.
• Access to private prescriptions, repeat prescriptions, fit notes and specialist referrals.
• Available to the policyholder, partner and dependent children (up to age 18, or 21 if in full-time education).

Annual health check

• Home testing kit with a simple finger-prick blood sample.
• Tests a range of health markers including cholesterol, diabetes risk, liver function, kidney function and bone health.
• Personalised health report.
• Follow-up consultation with a healthcare professional to discuss results and next steps.

Mental health support

• Up to eight video counselling sessions each year.
• Access to qualified therapists.
• Ability to choose a therapist through the app.
• Appointments typically available within two working days.
• Sessions can be shared with eligible family members.

Nutrition consultations

• Up to eight consultations per year.
• Access to qualified nutritionists.
• Support with healthy eating, weight management and lifestyle improvements.

Personal training service

• Up to eight personal training sessions per year.
• Access to qualified fitness professionals.

Bupa Anytime HealthLine

• Unlimited access to qualified nurses.
• Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Support for everyday health concerns and more complex medical questions.
• Available for the whole family.

Second medical opinion

• Up to two uses per year.
• Review of diagnoses and treatment plans by a UK-based specialist.
• Available for most medical conditions, including mental health conditions.
• Provides reassurance and independent expert guidance.

Physiotherapy (Income Protection+ policies only)

• Available exclusively to Aviva Income Protection+ customers.
• Two physiotherapy claims each year for separate conditions.
• Up to three face-to-face physiotherapy sessions per condition.
